Good questions
Will it actually look like me?
Yes — that is the whole point. Snapport only changes the background, lighting and framing. It never beautifies, slims, ages or alters your face, because an ID photo that doesn't match you is useless (and against our rules). If a result drifts, just regenerate.
Is the photo guaranteed to be accepted?
Snapport formats your photo to widely-published size and background specifications and gives you on-screen head-height guides, but it cannot guarantee acceptance — every authority sets its own current rules and makes its own decision. Always check the official requirements for your document, and use the guides to position your head correctly.
What sizes do you support?
17 presets covering US, UK, EU/Schengen, Germany, Canada, Australia, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore and New Zealand passports and visas, plus resume, LinkedIn and professional-headshot crops — and a fully custom size (any dimensions, DPI and background).
Can I print them?
Yes. Download a single exact-pixel photo (PNG or JPG), or lay out a ready-to-print 4×6 in, 5×7 in or A4 sheet tiled with cut lines — print it at home or at any pharmacy/kiosk.
What happens to my photo?
Your upload is sent to the AI studio to build your photo and is not sold or used to train models. We keep a minimal delivery log (time, size, background — no image) to support order questions. See our Privacy Policy.
Do credits expire?
Never. Buy a pack, use it whenever — for your own renewals, the whole family, or a busy travel season.
Can I wear glasses or a head covering?
Glasses are usually fine if there's no glare, but many authorities now prefer none — check your document's rules. Religious head coverings worn daily are generally allowed. Snapport keeps you exactly as you appear; it doesn't add or remove either.
Do you support baby and infant photos?
Yes — upload a clear, front-facing photo against a plain background, and you can calibrate the crop to the same size specs. Infant photos have relaxed expression and eye-open rules with most authorities.
Do my credits work on another device?
Yes. Credits live on your account, so sign in on any phone or computer and your balance is there.
What can I upload and download?
Upload JPG, PNG, HEIC or WebP. Download an exact-pixel PNG or JPG, or a ready-to-print 4×6 / 5×7 / A4 sheet.
How many photos do I get?
Each finished photo is 4 credits, so the packs work out to roughly 12 / 50 / 105 photos. Re-cropping and print sheets are free.
